The Valley of Kishon

When the people of God cried out for deliverance from oppression, the Lord answered their prayers through the leadership and action of two courageous and quick-thinking women, Deborah and Jael.  The Valley of Kishon is a valley of victory. Identified as “a mother in Israel,” Deborah serves as an example of how God works through women of faith to serve and bless his people. What women have been influential in your life? Who can you recognize and honor on this Mother’s Day?
