The Miracle of Faith

On one hand, faith is an ordinary part of everyday life. We have faith that the lights will come on, our car will start, and the food we eat is safe and good for us. But the faith that Mary expressed was different, deeper. It was a response to the work of the Living God in her life, that she would give birth to a son, even as a virgin. It was a gift of God. It was the faith of trust when it involved risk, of surrender to put it all on the line for the purposes of God. How do we grow in that kind of faith? What might God be waiting to do if we only believed "nothing is impossible with God?
