It’s All A Gift

Entitlement and expectations set us up to be disappointed; they sap our joy. In fact, if you think you deserve something, it’s no longer a gift. Then, when you don’t get what you want, you become disappointed and angry. Here’s the truth: Life is a gift; it is all about grace. Everything we are and everything we have are gifts from God. Do you really believe that it doesn’t all come from your own doing? When we recognize that God’s grace has supplied us with even our daily breath, then we lose our pride and experience gratitude.
