Mount Arbel – Direction Given

Jesus often went up a mountain to pause and step out of the busyness of life to be alone with his Father. Here, in prayerful reflection, he would gain clarity on decisions like appointing the 12 apostles. Then he would move ahead in the direction the Father had given him. Later, Jesus would follow this pattern when he met with the apostles to reorient their mission in the Great Commission. Pause, reflect, reorientation. How could this pattern help you as you seek clarity of direction from God for your life?
