Hope Shaped Leadership

It is a high calling to serve in a church ministry leadership role because it is an expression of loving the Lord and caring for His people.  It takes diligence, humility, and trust.  Hope shaped leaders serve well now in light of standing before the Chief Shepherd later.  How can we support, encourage, and pray for the leaders God has placed in our church now and for future leaders coming?
