The Land Of Trust

One of the first surprises of visiting the “promised land” was how small it is. All of Israel would fit in Lake Michigan with room to spare. The second surprise is, half of the country is brown, desert, wilderness. Why in the world would God place His people there? Perhaps it was to teach them to trust Him. It’s in the wilderness seasons of life where we experience God as we learn to depend on Him. How might God be working in your personal wilderness?
