Joy in Serving Others

Joy is a daily attitude choice. Holding on to what we feel we are entitled to, and nurturing our wants and desires, is a short pathway to frustration and disappointment rather than happiness. The pathway to joy is to be united with others in Christ, humbly serving others in love, as Jesus did. It feels good in your soul to help someone else without expecting anything in return. Who has God placed in front of you to serve? Monitor your joy levels and watch how they increase when you have the attitude “how can I be of help today?”
