How did you come to know Jesus? My guess is that someone, a friend or a family member, brought you to Jesus or invited you to an event where you met him.  That’s how the Apostle Peter came to Jesus. His brother brought him to the place Jesus was. Through Peter, thousands of people were brought to Jesus. It just takes one person, bringing one other person to Jesus for life change to happen because God works in incredible ways to bring his kingdom here.

“Who’s your person?”

As we prepare for this Sunday and enter the Lenten season, we invite you to prayerfully consider that simple but powerful question: Who’s your person?

Our Council’s Mission 2026 vision is “Everyone Bring One.” It’s a reminder that each of us has someone in our life whom God may be nudging us to walk alongside more intentionally. Take some time to talk with the Lord. Ask Him who He is placing on your heart this year — someone to pray for faithfully, to encourage, and to invite into deeper community and worship. Listen for the name He brings to mind. Trust that He is already at work.

This Sunday, we’ll ask the question again: Who’s your person? Let’s step forward together in faith, expecting God to move.
